Radio/Bluetooth question

Need a bit help

Just need to know if this radio can play music via my phone via Bluetooth not the aux port. e86784ee9ae3bf410e105e50b957af12.jpg

I've read various posts about the Bluetooth module needing changed I've found the blanking plate in the glove box fb863274f76ea47b2f53f034b9edb43d.jpg

Anybody know what I would need as the info out there is bit confusing

I know I'll probably need to find out the version number of the unit.

Also I've noticed that when I'm on the phone via the Bluetooth people can hear a high pitch whine noise this gets louder when I accelerate

Any ideas what this could be or how to stop it as it really annoying
