Hi all I'm new on here and you help would be most appreciated 

I have transit connect tdci 90 it has a slight misfire at idle that's bugging me 

It's not serious it revs up fine and goes well I have blanked the egr and it's the same 

What I have noticed is some kind of inline pressure regulator on one of the pipes from the fuel filter to the pump and it's not supposed to be there. What is it doing there????

Any help would be a great help
