Strange REV behaviour

Hi Guys,

im not sure if this is a fault or working as intended.  I have a 2011 Focus 2.0L TDCi Titanium X

Whilst driving when I change gear on odd occasion when changing gear the revs will hold or even rise slightly before eventually falling.  To put it into a sequence of events.

Drive (say 20-30 MPH) change gear from 3rd to 4th.  Off accelerator depress clutch.  Revs hold or rise slightly and if i stay on the clutch eventually drop back to idle.  I have have this happen out of gear altogether also.

Has any of you guys experienced the same - is it something i should worry about?

H
