ETIS and outstanding field service actions

Hi,

My new (used) ford focus had a couple of outstanding field service actions showing up in ETIS. I've taken it to a Ford dealer and ETIS still shows them as outstanding..  one of the actions was an update in the TCM software and that was done.. why is it still showing as outstanding?

    Perhaps polling is not live, and ETIS isn't updated until a later time or day.

    The DVLA server is always about a week behind logged events, on Traffic Cops I've heard them say the same about PNC

    Its not updated until the warranty claim ref fsa has been processed fully which can take weeks.
