I Have a 2005 ford focus wagon ztw 2.0L

 

I had to replace my battery because it no longer accepted a charge. Got the new battery and hooked it up, as soon as i got the other side connected the horn was going off, so i disconnected it. Took the horn fuse out and hooked the battery up again and i would get this noisehttps://youtu.be/eLj2l073ZMg.

ive tried hooking up the battery and closing all the doors and unlocking and locking with the key fob. locking and unlocking with 2 separate keys.

nothing comes on the dash as well, almost like no power at all is getting to the car from the battery.

any help would be handy.
