window switch

Featured Replies

Hi, I got 2006 focus, and I'm annoyed by the electric window switch, because I need to hold the button until the window closes. How do I get them to close automatically, just from one button push? Do I need to find another switch? Thanks

your car either has it or it doesnt .

'Reset' the window..... From memory it's something like: hold the switch to lower the window then hold it for about 5 seconds when it's fully down, then hold the switch to close the window and when it's closed keep the switch pressed for about 5 seconds, then if you've done it right (and your car windows support one click operation) press the switch for about a second (then let it go) and the window should open fully.
