Is anyone know how can i adjusted the focus mkii xenon headlamps for driving from the right side (U.K.) on the road to left (GREECE)?.

The only thing i find is from the car manual  ''The headlamps can be adjusted for driving on the left or right side of the road by special technical'' 

anyone? a friend of mine told me maybe the headlight have a switch inside

 

Yes, switch inside, remove headlamp , then cover(4 clips , 1 screw)

You will see the lever, pull the lever down.

Thanks.I am looking to buy xenon headlights if i find a good price ofcourse.I live in Greece and we drive at the right side of the road

Note that the switch inside the original HID headlights is only to temporarily convert the headlight from RHD to LHD (or vice versa). This is not a permanent solution. The switch only flattens the light pattern to prevent the lights from blinding other traffic when driving on the other side of the road.

It is temporary; so I can not buy from the United Kingdom from a country drive on the left side of the road .Maybe if i  opening the headlights  and change anything internally; Is this possible?

To convert the headlights from UK traffic to European traffic you have to replace the complete projector assembly or modify the projector. Modifying the projector is not easy. It will need cutting of the metal projector housing and buiding custom metal parts to obtain a correct light pattern. This is a huge job.
