Ford Sync - Voice calling does not work?

Not sure if anyone can help..?
I have a 65 plate Titanium X Fiesta (Sony DAB SYNC).

Phone is bonded by BT ok, phone book transferred, no issues with anything phone/SYNC related except when I use Voice to dial a contact for example "Call Home" the SYNC says dialling and then terminates before a dial tone etc and goes back to the radio/mp3s I was playing before I pressed the call button..?

If I go through the phonebook and select the same contact and select dial it will ring. Just not via the voice dialling "Call *****)

Any ideas..?
