Serge
I've had my heater set on cool for the last 6 months with only the occasional switch on to heat and it worked well then although now and again it stayed on cold but reverted to heat after a while. Now when I need heat all I get is cold air! The car is a 2001 V6 with electronic climate control, hot water is getting in and out of the heater matrix (or at least the pipes going in and out get hot) but no heat is forthcoming. I believe there is a motorised control lever somewhere, is it likely that this is stuck? Alternatively are these motorised switches fused and is the problem that it's blown? Any help appreciated! daffy4895
There is a self diagnostic for the climate control unit, follow instructions here http://fordwiki.co.uk/index.php/Climate_Co...Diagnosis_Guide
