Oil in intercooler

Just bought a fucas 1.8 tdci 2004 with slave cylinda gone . As I strip it down to do it I noticed oil in intercooler and turbo .is this common on these engines car runs mint and pulls like a train just not sure if it should be like this

probably coming from the breather, its normal but isn't good, combines witg soot from EGR and makes a right mess and reduces efficiency of IC
