I originally posted this in CMAX forum but I thought I might have better luck in a wider forum. I'm replacing my radio and I want to run the GPS receiver from the new head unit into the space under the dashboard cover that sits between the instrument nacelle and the windscreen, at the same time routing the ext microphone (and possibly reversing camera cable) through the same area - this bit of trim comes off easily but I can't work out how to then gain access to the radio bay and I don't really want to start drilling holes. 

Also - has anyone installed a usb socket (similar to those on a PC) into the glove box? I have 2 usb inputs on the back of the head unit and I want something a bit neater than a usb extension cable flopping around
