Fiesta 2004 Mk6 brake warning light - I need help

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am having a problem with my daughters Fiesta (Mk6 2004). It starts and runs fine but as soon as I get to around 10mph or so the brake warning light comes on. When I stop, turn off the engine and turn it back on again the light goes out as it should do but when you drive it once again comes on when you get to 10mph. I have checked the following: -

All 4 wheel sensors have been checked for resistance and all 4 read 0.9 ohms

The handbrake switch has been checked and seems ok.

The brake fluid is full and no leaks.

The brake pads are all ok.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is driving me mad.

Thanks,

Mark
