air induction kit/ air filter upgrade

Recommended Posts

hi there, I have a 2014 fiesta 1.25l and am looking to possibly upgrade the air filter or install an induction kit. I'm wandering if I'll actually get anything out of the upgrade as it is such a  small engine and if so which brands and kits would you guys recommend (preferably below £100 as im only 18). thanks

When I had my fiesta I went for the pipercross induction kit. Doesn't improve performance at all but I got the induction noise that I was after. If you are looking for performance I would advise you to put a new standard air filter.

It's a 1.25 Naturally aspirated. youll gain pretty much 0 power, you'll just get a bit of an induction noise..

I've always told people with the NA engines (including myself, I've had 2 1.4s) leave the engines alone and save for something better in the future
