help cutting out

hi, I have a 2003 Mondeo with two problems. first the alarm goes off at random times when parked it could happen a number of times a day or only once in a week.

the second problem is when car has slowed down or stopped at junction/ traffic lights etc  it struggles to keep the revs going some times just cuts out or revs pick up at the last moment
