Air Con in Fiesta MK7 not working properly

Hi All. I've recently purchased a 59 plate Fiesta MK 7 Zetec S and the air conditioning isn't working properly. Hot air is fine but when I want cold air its not coming out cold. Ive been and had the air con recharged thinking that was the problem but that hasn't fixed it. The garage that I went to (Halfords) said that the Low Pressure and High Pressure was showing the same pressure and that it could be a compressor issue or blocked pipe. 

Im unsure what to do now so any advice is appreciated.

    It was a private sale. The air con itself works and blows cool air, just not super cold that you would expect. I contacted and Air Con specialist who says that the compressor may not be cutting in. Could this be fixed by resetting a fuse?
