HID not working

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Hoping someone can help fairly promptly. So last night, driving to friends, headlights working normally however when I then head home, headlights not working on either side. Checked side lights, beams and fogs and all fine. So today I replaced the bulbs in the hope that they had both gone, however neither side is working still.

Fuses both seem to be intact too, so is this likely to be the ballast pack, and if so, what is the best way to go about getting them replaced? Second hand? Ford dealer?

By the sounds of it, it's not going to be cheap, so I'm finding out whether my warranty will cover the repair or not. But any prompt help would be massively appreciated!

If these are after market you'll probably be best replacing the whole set only cost around £50
