Ford Focus 2010 Mk2 Titanium Bluetooth - iPhone 6S Issues

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a standard Ford Focus MK2 1.6 TDCi 2010 Titanium. I have for years used my iPhone 4 to play music via Bluetooth with no problems, I have recently upgraded to an iPhone 6S and now when the audio plays back it crackles and brakes up.

I have tried upgrading my Ford software to the most recent version via my Ford garage but there hasn't been any improvement.

I'm guessing there is an compatibility problem between the version of Bluetooth my car uses and the version my iPhone 6S uses (version 4.2).

Does anybody have a work around to solve this issue as I use Bluetooth for my phone as well as the audio and don't really want to run a wire to the headphone jack.

Thanks for help in advance, Stophen.
