When I stick my VIN into ETIS there is a red box saying:

Outstanding Field Service Actions

ACCESS TO GOASIS

Any idea what this means? Cheers.

I think Oasis is used for things like updating Sync.

Perhaps it is just a routine thing the next time your car is in, to link it up to Oasis?

He will probably be sick of me tagging him in, but I'm sure @iantt might know :P

Oasis is where vin enquires are generated and shows outstanding fsa's 

Also where asbuilt data is found, broadcast messages. 

All dealer related stuff not for joe publics viewing

Get your dealer to do a vin check.

i've got the same message. will they do it the same time as upcoming warranty work or will i need to ask. also is there likely be a charge.

if you have any recall/ field service actions, then it should be done at your next visit.

does it do it with reg number? 

it must be a tempoary issue as if i look on etis using edge on windows it shows up correctly and using my andriod tablet on whatever browser shows correctly also.

It only has VIN entry for me, cannot see anywhere to enter reg. 

But anyway, it has gone now and there is nothing outstanding. Thankyou for your help.

I think ETIS has recently had a slight appearance change. On Certain web browsers I find that the box to enter REG number is missing
