Water dripping from under centre of car

Featured Replies

Over the past few days I've noticed water forming a puddle about the size of a fist after turning the engine off, I may of hit something in the road the other day but I'm not sure. Some people have said it could be condensation from using the A/C but again I'm not sure. It seems to coming from near the centre of the exhaust but its hard to see exactly. The liquid is clear and has no smell and no fluid levels seem to have changed. Any advice is appreciated.

Thats the water from air con drain, esp in this humid weather we are having at the moment. Easy way to check is drive car without aircon and see if any water appears( it shouldnt do when off) after leaving it for same amount of time

Its very humid at the minute hence it could be the AC

Try driving with the Windows down instead of the AC and then let the car idle then check for the puddle

Happens to mine sometimes when the air con is on.

Just had a focus with aircon on ticking over go 10 mins and got more than a size of fist , more like a 6 fists. Quite a puddle, and still dripping 5 mins after ign off.
