Grinding coming from the rear!

Hi All

I have a 2013 1.0 ecoboost 125 62,000 miles and at very slow speeds I can hear a grinding sound coming from the rear of the car, I've had the rear drums (why oh why) cleaned and the shoes roughed up but still theres this noticeable sound! Other than that it's a great car. 

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Does the drums spin smoothly & freely ? Strange that the noise is only at low speeds, if it was bearings the noise would be heard all the time.

    You could do with dropping the rear seat down & removing the parcel shelf, get someone in the back of the car and listen around the rear as you drive.
