Engine Conversion Possible???

Featured Replies

Hey all. I just got hold of a free yes totally free 1.6l engine from a Ford Focus MK1 1.6l 16V 2002 with 80K miles on it.

I am going to be doing a complete engine overhaul as I have people and companies who are willing to support me with forged pistons, re boring etc etc and I was wandering whether I could just slide the whole engine into a Fiesta Mk6 2003 1.4l Zetec? This includes using the gearbox from the fiesta?

I have every part needed at my disposal. This includes

Engine Wiring Loom

Whole Car wiring Loom

Focus ECU

Support For Forged Pistons, Engine Boring, Racing Clutch, New pedals, turbo conversion etc

I will do a complete worklog but before me and other helpers throw money at it is it possible to get that focus engine in the fiesta mk6??? What would I need to do so or do i already have it all?

Cheers

Ryan
