Hi

I managed to leave my lights on a few weeks ago and now my battery seems to be dying. It's  got 11.9v at present but still works fine although the parking mode on the dash cam won't work anymore.

Battery was recharged to full but it's the original and about 5 years old now. It just won't hold a charge.

New battery time then, any ideas of the rating I need? There are loads on eBay.

I'm not looking to spend much but any recommendations?

Go on euro car parts, type in your reg and it'll show all batteries for your car, pretty sure they got 20% off at the moment too.

Eurocarparts discount ranges between 20% - 30% depending on how close it is to the end of the month ;)

Bought one for my fiesta years ago and didn't have any problems so bought one for the focus in February as the battery 'Mr Clark' put in the car last year when I bought it was a normal lead acid one and lasted only 11 months. ( long story )
