Help! Removing mk7 silver vent covers

Hey guys and gals, I'm wondering if anybody at all knows how to remove just the silver ring bit around the interior vents! I'll upload pictures of needed to show what I'm on about.

I'm looking at getting my inferior wrapped in carbon fiber.

If anybody can help that will be amazing.
