So everything else works for example USB, aux and making a call via Bluetooth but when I go on BT audio it says no audio device found, but I am connected on Bluetooth with my phone on the main Bluetooth phone menu? 

I get similar with my mk3 focus titanium x. Even the dealer couldn't do owt. What I do about once every two months is disconnect the battery for 30 seconds then all is well again till next time. Pain in the rear end but there you go.

are you sure that your phones are A2DP compliant for music streaming via bluetooth?

Maybe a setting needs changing in your phone bluetooth menu.

A2DP compliant? What the heck is that? I've no idea. All I know my phone is the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 all sizes ginger all dancing but best of all nice big screen.

My Bluetooth works to sync with making calls and relieving calls just not audio streaming?!?! How can I check this A2DP for my phone or is there a way round it such as an adaptive or what?

Debond the phone from the car (delete phone from car menu and car from phone menu) and rebond.

The car or phone should ask permission for streaming rights.

Tried unplugging battery, de bonding/un pairing and taking out sync fuse :( no joy
