    I've seen atleast 9 returned in the last 7 days ranging from the k2 to the k5!!!

    Go for a nilfisk!

    Agree re karcher, they spend a fortune on marketing, always have fancy displays etc in shops but the quality has dropped low these days (there industrial stuff is still ok I believe) but the light-duty domestic stuff targeted at ourselves is poor. Nilfisk a better shout. Shop around.
