Hello all,

Been a while since I've posted on here. I was wondering if you guys could give me some ideas with what mods to do from performance to looks and appearance (No lowering though). I'd appreciate your guys thoughts as I'm really not sure what to do to start.

Everything is currently standard apart from the wheels which are gloss black.

There's loads you can do...

Have a look at some of the build threads for inspiration. This is what I've done to my ST so far (all detailed in my build thread for Bastian):

Dummy OBD port installed and original relocated

Tracker and hard-wire kit installed

New alloys

Mud flaps

Silvatec indicator bulbs

New number plates

Amplifier

Subwoofer

Brodit phone holder

Mountune MP215

There's other stuff too...

Replace exhaust / intercooler / hoses

Front splitter

Lowering

Replace interior / boot / number plate lights with LEDs

Fit stubby aerial

Paint black plastics gloss

Vinyl wrap - whole car, roof, mirrors, interior

Just as an aside that air freshener, I've noticed loads of them lately, where are they coming from?

As Dan said there is loads you can do to an ST.

as you've got gloss black alloys then maybe gloss black plastics front and rear, wrap the roof, wing mirrors and bottom lip of the front bumper gloss black.

cheap simply mods are LEDs inside and out, chrome indicator bulbs, painted washer jets. Gel overlays for the ST badges and ford badges (if you can find someone who will do the ford badges)

powerwise there's so many options it depends on what you want and budget.

things I would suggest that make a difference to how the car feels to drive are lowering springs, short shift and rear motor mount (roll restrictor).
