laumk7
I don't mean to sound rude or anything but you sure it's a scuff? Because it just looks like a 'I've sat here' crease in the seat

cjay1
think it will be a new seat cover that sort of damage may well not be covered under warranty as they may say its customer abuse for sitting in it with sharp buttons. although they do replace some seat covers that are damaged under warranty i had my driver seat cover replaced as the plastic trim wore 2 holes in the seat material http://www.fordownersclub.com/forums/topic/83729-ford-warranty/
Ian Lanc
A new lower bolster cover can be purchased from ford but be prepared to sit down as they are expensive. Not that easy to re-fit neither as its so tight. This guy on eBay has your cover So don't fret too much. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GENUINE-FORD-FIESTA-FIT-LH-RH-FRONT-SEAT-COVER-11-05-2012-2016-/302019094182?hash=item4651bda6a6:g:0x0AAOSwOdNXP2eM To change the cover disconnect the car battery under the bonnet. Unbolt & disconnect the electrics from under the seat. Unbolt the seat and remove the seat, I found removing the seat the safest way was to lower the rear seats, wind the front seat right back, then with the help of another person remove the seat through the boot, ensuring the rails don't scrape on any plastic trim, get a bed quilt to cover the rear seat for protection. Take the seat in the house and put the seat upside down on the settee and then work on removing the plastic trim and note how the cover is all held in place. Remember the seat has airbags so be gentle.
