Simple one really would the alloy wheel nuts on my TX fit on my space saver wheel?

    They're ok for short term use (the wheel is only really meant to be used to get you to a tyre fitters in an emergency anyway).

    Long term use of alloy nuts on ferrous metal rims can result in a galvanic reaction.
