Hello everyone! After looking at Hovis's thread and him giving me a link to the number plate bulbs he bought I ordered a set.  They arrived today, I just went to change them over but nether holder will come out! I looked online and it shows there's a metal piece on the side that pushes in, however mine isn't the shape in the pictures I see! Mine looks bodged, is there any trick to removing them? I fear I'll end up breaking them and having to replace them.

    Thanks for that, my bulb holder is slightly different to that, on mine the retaining clip is metal and instead of being bent back on itself it was straight! Managed to get them out (before I seen your response) but damaged one, bit of hot glue and it's like new!

    they are awkward things to get out! I found a 2 or 3mm allen key worked fine, also using a thin bit of cloth to protect the paintwork.
