Help needed with tailgate central locking wiring

I'm fitting a second hand tailgate to my 2003 Fiesta. The loom on mine to the tailgate has only black wires - none are coloured so I'm having to work out what is what.

I've identified and connected most things but am struggling with the tailgate release and central locking.

There is one wire coming in to the tailgate that is a constant 12v even with ignition off, and another that is a constant 3v.

Where do these ones go?
