Ka bent vehicle door mounts

I had my door open on my car and a taxi drove into it, it wasn't open much so it drove it forward into the wing, the top door mount is ripped away from the frame and needs weilding but the bottom one is bent inwards,

could any one suggest a way i could pull it back out?

I thought maybe tie a rope to a tree and try driving forward, not a very mechanical minded way,surely theres a better tool to use?

Obviously im trying to make a claim offa him but im thinking of the worst case with me being third party.
