Can anyone tell me if this will fit my Fiesta Zetec S Red Edition?

Depends where it is from.

If it is from a Fiesta then yes, not sure on fitting from other models.

I checked my dad's and it has the ambient lighting feed, so we are going to change his at some point.

Should fit but easiest way to be sure is pull the existing light out.

If it's a light with a rear housing attached rather than just a hollow lens with flip out bulb holders/reflectors then you're all good.

As the one in the picture is one with ambient lights in it you need to run a small bayonet connector from a comtact that is about 4mm sticking out of the back and connect a wire to the rear of your headlight controller on the wire that links your numberplate illumination supply.

I took it out and it has a lot or bronze metal lines behind it with the 3 bulb holders as well.  I seem to remember reading that the Zetec S has a power wire sitting behind the plate but I removed the whole plastic surround and couldn't find anything there.

I don't really fancy having to do complicated wiring so would this mean its not gonna work?
