Hello there, looking at changing cars again and Fiesta is the size I'm looking at but I want an auto and I wondered if the issues with the Powershift gearbox were ever resolved?

your welcome, to be fair, the later powershifts of the last 12 months are better, smaller % of issues, so getting there .

but 65 plate vintage still had the ocasssional judder problem .

Mine is 2013 had its recall done last year for TCM. Not much difference really, I've never had a major problem such as juddering but occasionally the car cannot decide what gear it wants to be in.

Since the TCM recall when driving at 30mph it keeps switching from 5th to 6th then back to 5th, if you want to hold 6th you need to be doing 32/33 +

I wouldn't say its bad by any means (not too good on mpg though around town) but there's better ones out there.
