Trouble when using my TomTom

6.4 reg car.  When I use my TomTom, warning comes up "NO FORD KEY PRESENT"  I then have to relock and unlock the car a few times before I can get it to start !  Has been looked at, to no avail, three times by the main agent but no joy.  Anybody had the same trouble or have any ideas for a cure ?? I think the dealer thought I was kidding, so I took a pic of the warning alongside the very present key.
