Just had my minor service today at Ford when arriving home I find out my rear alloys are curbed ! Called them tomorrow manager want to see it! What a stupid driver that was who driven my car !

Do you have a dash cam to prove how they were driving? Otherwise I'm afraid it will be your word against theirs.

both rear? that will take some idiot to do that!!

They recorded my car before service

As in a record of its condition before and after? I fear even with this they'll attempt to blame you from when you picked the car up.

What was done in the service? I agree with Ian, I don't see how someone can curb both of them.

Possibly dropped/damaged if they have wheels off.

My dad had this a year or so back when they changed his tyres. The dealer had his wheels refurbished, no questions asked.

I had minor service oil oil filter they checked brake etc etc maybe that the case dropping and damaging or curbing not sure my alloys were in perfect condition just front right have a little curb then saw this was so !Removed!

That would be perfect where was that at ford dealership??

Yeah it does, when I take care when parking always not to damage alloys and then idiot take it just o garage and done both alloys !

Doubt there's any kerbs in the dealers car park?  That would be asking for trouble lol!

Sure it's not just dust from the floor or something, though why they'd lay them face down I don't know.  Unless there were 2 ST's in next to each other and wheels got accidentally swapped?

Even I haven't managed to kerb both sides yet!

Went to dealers yestrday and they find out my alloys are sprayed with can so colour is peeling off, 

Ah, did they jetwash it after a service?  Took a load of spray paint off mine like that!

Yeah exactly they jet washed maybe too close to alloys and it came off need to get them refurbished £50 per wheel but first need to sort out my discs
