Fiesta ST-2 2013 - Suspension Set-Up

Featured Replies

I am looking for a better suspension set up on my Fiesta ST 2013 - Mountune MR230 package installed with billet quick shift as well.

Currently I've got it lowered onto a set of H&R Sports Springs - around 35mm lowering - and spaced on Eibach Pro Spacers - total 30mm track width widening front and rear.

I am thinking of going over to coil-overs though because the ride is still too jiggly and a large part of that I think is the spring rates and damping set up - the set I'm looking at are BC Racing BR Series Coil-overs - could anyone give me any advice as to the best set-ups they've found?

I appreciate any help and advice that comes through!

I can't help you with your question - sorry, but I do have a couple for you. Your spacers are 15mm each? What wheels/tyres are you running?  How have you found the wider stance has affected turning circle and large bumps mid-corner? Were the springs hard enough to avoid fender rub on rough roads? Thanks.

Yes they are 15mm on each side, front and back. Wheels - Stock ST alloys - Tyres are Michelin Pilot Sport 3 205/40 R17 84W

No affect on turning circle that I've found - no fender rub on rough roads - not noticed any difficult with the large bumps...

All is good here! This is how it sits...

Went for the BC BR-RS Coilover kit in the end - best decision I've made with the car so far I think! Pictures to come soon on my build thread...
