Fiesta 2011/ mk7 projector headlight wiring

Featured Replies

Hoping someone has a little bit of technical knowledge and is able to help me with a current project.

I'm based in the US and own a 2011 Fiesta mk7. Our models here never had an option for the projector headlights that came on the higher trim levels in the UK and Europe so I'm working on fitting a pair.

The problem comes with the wiring: our US based cars have 3 seperate plugs feeding the back of the headlight..... who thought THAT was economical?..... insead of the single 10-pin connection that the European based Fiesta has. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the harness or can confirm for me which pin relates to which function on the projector headlamps? I ran through it quickly last night and this is what I came up with:

1 Dipped Beam
2 Main Beam
3 Ground ?
4 ?
5 Parking/ City Light
6 Turn Signal
7 Ground
8 ?
9 (unused)
10 (unused)

I assume two of the pins go to the levelling motor but it doesn't seem to do anything when I put power to it.

Any help is appreciated. Cheers!
