Replacing D1S xenon bulb in Ford focus 2010

Hello everyone! I tried yesterday to fit a new D1S xenon bulb in my Ford focus 2010 but run into an unexpected problem. There was no problem at all to remove the old one BUT, how should I do to remove this plastic  Xenon Headlight Projector Gas Discharge D1S Bulbs Holder Retainer Ring  from the old bulb to my new D1S bulb?

It's made of plastic so you don't want to make too much force...
