Please can some one help me, every time I ask sync to call certain numbers it dials another but on my old 2013 c max it used to prompt me to say yes or no if it asked to dial a number I haven't asked for, now when it dials it just rings the person I don't want it to and don't have the option to say no to dialling that person.  I have looked in my manual but doesn't give much help and I'm new to sync 2 help please getting annoyed now and friends getting fed up of me ringing them by mistake

    is there not a setting in the phone management screen to prompt calls??

    Have you activated the advanced settings?

    Iirc that makes the system less naggy -

    To change voice interaction level press voice button and say “Interaction mode".. and on prompt say - "Advanced"

    There should also be settings in the menu to change dialling settings.
