Focus CC bumper on Hatchback

Hi,

I've recently ordered the front bumper from a Focus CC for my mk2 hatchback. I was wondering if its a straight swap or if there are any other parts that I need in order for it to fit. So far, I know I need the fog light bezels and lower grille. I also don't know if the top grille from the hatchback will fit on the CC bumper (I kinda hope it does). So my questions are;

A) What other parts do I require?

B) Do I need any brackets/need to do some fiddling in order for it to work?

C) Does the top grille from the hatchback fit on the CC bumper, or would I need to get a new top grille as well?
