Hi quick question. 

 

I have a Ford KA 61 plate type metal.

I have had it two years and have decided to use my aux point. When I plug my cable in and my phone it seems very loose and crackles. I have to hold the cable in but still doesn't work properly.

 

Has anyone had this problem before if so what should I do.

Is there a part in can buy from Ford direct?

    Sounds like its most likely a bad cable, I have had this a few times.
