MOT failure

My fiesta failed it's mot on emissions (see attached  photo) is this the end of my engine and I need a new one or is there any quick wins I could do to improve the emissions to get it through the MOT ... Advise from the garage was a new engine pointless repairing it .

Yourself help would be greatful

have you changed the oil, oil filter and air filter lately as that can make a diffrence

Have a look at Terraclean will cost about £90-£100 but will make a difference to the emissions, I know as i've done it my self and when my dads focus failed it's MOT he had it done and had it re-tested and it was absolutely fine.
