I could really do with a bit of help on this issue if anyone knows. well I was getting diesel I was getting money out of my pocket. I pressed the clutch really hard by accident and it got stuck so had to pull it out by hand. and since then the clutch to start you've got to put your foot to floor to get it to start also started to rattle on idle like something come loose I think but go's threw gears smooth tho.

could be as simple as the clutch spring is too loose and wont allow a proper change?

if its not returning to its standard position you would need to replace the clutch pedal spring I expect.
