can anyone help, the main menu has packed up i have the phone connection and radio but i wanted to change the clock but can't access the menu, tried to see if disconnecting battery would do it but that has make the one touch on driver side (LHD) not now work.i tried the down up and hold on the window but didn't work on mine but did on the passenger's side.

I assume it's just out of warranty? Still might be worth taking back to Ford to see what they could do if it's been serviced with them.

Otherwise you can go down the CPA route against whoever you bought it off to say it's not lasted a reasonable amount of time.
