AC Heaters not working

Hi all, I have just joined up for some advice for my partner. 

He currently owns a Escort Mk5 Rs2000 

we have been looking online for a wiring diagram for the AC Heaters and not been very successful. The Heaters have stopped blowing and with the cold weather the car is starting to get damp :-( 

All advice welcome
