MONDEO RADIO NOT POWERING UP

Featured Replies

The entertainment system on my 2009 Mondeo will not power up at all. The screen is completely blank. I have made sure the battery is fully charged and is only 10 months old. The main fuse is fine but I haven't checked the one behind the unit.. This happened a few weeks ago and the main dealer said he powered the system down and then reconnected it. This cured the fault then. I did this and it was unsuccessful because the system is still totally dead. I am aware that the entertainment system will switch off if the battery is even slightly discharged. The entertainment system type as shown in the service book is LSRNS but I have no idea of the manufacturer. The serial number is C7E3A052799245387. The remainder of the dash panel electrics are working fine.
