Ford Audio not working

Featured Replies

Hey guys!

This is the first time I've posted so please be kind!

Driving up to Aberdeen and my ford audio died on me! It gets stuck on the "ford audio" welcome screen and then does nothing. Can't select anything. All the lights work on the radio, aux, menu buttons and the numbers to dial but the screen won't budge from the welcome picture.

My fiesta is a 2012 metal edition. Only done 39,000 miles and if this is it starting to play up on me, it will be getting a kick all the way back to the ford garage! 😂

Any help is appriciated. Also might I add I'm not mechanically minded so simplified jargon please. 😊

This YouTube video shows exactly what it's doing.
