Hi I will take the Ka 2007 40000 miles to my ford dealer, could anyone tell me how much this could cost taking out dash etc. 

Hi, before you take it to your dealer ask a local garage or mechanic to have a look first - could be a simple fix - dealer labour rates are eye wateringly expensive.

so what your saying is you gonna drive 40000 miles to a dealer to have the dash removed because you got a leak without investigating it your self

it maybe a duff door seal or the windscreen needs sealing.

 

you need to investigate it

if you allow a dealer to sort it it will cost more that to ka is worth

Is it difficult to replace the door seals on a 55 plate Street KA. I think that is where water is getting in the passenger side foot well. It only started after I had the soft top cleaned and re sealed!!
