Cubby in boot leak ford focus mk1 2004

Hi, 

With all the bad weather we are having, my ford focus mk1 2004 has begun to leak. The culprit area is in the boot but in the cubby area on the right (behind the Mat). Once it begins to leave it then flows into the boot where the spare wheel is. Previously thought it could have been to do with the rear driver's side light cluster. So I filled in the screw holes with silicone but the issue still remains

Does anyone have an idea on what this issue could be? I had my suspicion that it could revolve around the vent, however I'm not 100%

Apologise if this has already been answered previously, but I can't seem to find a solution
