Hi everyone I have recently purchased a second hand 2016 ford Kuga Titanium X sport but there are certain items missing that the standard titanium X sport should come with. 

Items missing, reversing camera, 18inch alloy wheels, no Sony sat nav system (normal standard sat nav system), no appearance pack

is it possible that the car I have bought is not a Titanium X sport and is intact something else?? 

I have been on the ford etis site which says the car is a titanium plus. 

Please help
